Experience & Activities

Mr. R. Santhosh Raja serves as the Head of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Happy Valley Business School. With 13 years of academic experience, he is known for his expertise in Quantitative Techniques, Strategic Management, and Stock Markets. His analytical mindset and strategic thinking have contributed immensely to both academic delivery and institutional quality enhancement.

Currently pursuing his Ph.D., Mr. Santhosh Raja has already made his mark in the research community with publications in reputed national and international journals. His classroom sessions are known for their clarity, precision, and real-world application, especially in areas that involve data-driven decision-making and financial insights.

In addition to his academic contributions, he also plays a dynamic role as the Faculty-in-Charge for Sports, fostering holistic student development through physical education and team-building activities.
